Branch No. 1 Federal State Institution - 1477 Naval clinical hospitals of the Pacific fleet, Primorsky Krai, Mr. Fokino

On the basis of historical archival documents, materials of periodicals and memoirs of veterans - the oldest staff of Naval hospital of the gulf "Arrows" the author tells about the past and the present of this medical institution of the Pacific fleet, about everyday life of military physicians, about to what shoulders the difficult duty is assigned - to keep and recover health to defenders to sailors-tikhookeantsam.

On September 25 to Naval hospital of the gulf Creation of Hospital it was connected with difficult Strelok 75 years are executed. On a building pediment the international situation which developed in the 30th managements an inscription: year of construction of 1936. years in the Far East which demanded

strengthenings of eastern frontiers of the Homeland. In 1931 Japan occupied Manchuria and put forward territorial claims to the Soviet Union. Thousands of miles of a shore of the Far East were absolutely defenseless against the huge Japanese fleet.

Before creation of the Pacific fleet protection of coastal boundaries of the country in the first years of the Soviet power was conducted by several schooners armed with small-caliber guns. At the end of May, 1931 the government decided to strengthen the Far East coastline new batteries. Construction of the huge Pacific bank from many hundreds of coastal batteries and concrete pillboxes was developed.

at the beginning of 1932 the government of the USSR made the decision on formation

Naval forces of the Far East which in 1935 Were transformed to the Pacific fleet, as a part of which Coastal defense of the Far East Formally was created, this grandiose construction had no name, and its certain areas were modestly designated by sectors of coastal defense. In May, 1933 the sectors of coastal defense abolished, and on their basis created ukreprayona.

Within this campaign in each ukreprayo - the hospital was not created. So on the Pacific fleet several new hospitals appeared at once. 15 Naval hospital of the Shko-tovsky sector of coastal defense on 75 beds, are created according to the decision of the Council of War of the Pacific fleet and the Order of the Commander of the fleet on September 25, 1936. The place of expansion of newly established hospital defined the room of the former sanitary part of the 4th office of a division of torpedo boats in the bay "Robber".

Same year in the settlement. The robber in the small low-adapted wooden building began the work hospital. It is a lot of forces, energy, will and courage it was required to friendly staff of young hospital that at the state of 75 beds was to develop 32: therapeutic - 11; surgical - 16 and obstetric - 5.

The army doctor of the II rank Vladimir Alekseyevich Samsonov became the first chief of hospital. It was the experienced vigorous doctor organizer who had solid life and professional experience. In short terms it managed to create collective from 4 doctors, 7 nurses, 2 paramedics and 3 nurses. History kept names of the first army doctors of the 15th hospital up to now: the assistant to the chief of hospital in / the doctor of 1 rank Pavlov (therapist); nachmed. in \the doctor 2 ranks Zhitnyuk (surgeon); interns: in / doctors 3 Livshits and Fedor Illarionovich Yudin Rivers.

During the pre-war period the hospital was developed up to 150 beds - in former rooms became close. According to the petition of Sanitary department of TOF the command of the fleet made the decision on a re-deployment of hospital. In 1941 when on fronts of the Great Patriotic War there was a fierce fight against the enemy, the hospital was renamed into Naval, the Shkotovsky sector of coastal defense, will develop up to 200 beds and is relocated to the village Promys-lovka. Now it was placed in the building of barracks of a separate shooting regiment.

During war with Germany 92 persons left medical personnel to protect the Homeland. Many of them were awarded awards and the medals. In fund of defense the staff of hospital collected 286 thousand rubles. For these years thousands of patients received the qualified medical care. In 1946. The naval hospital is transferred to the state of peace time with the maintenance of 150 beds, and in 1948. It becomes 100-bed again.

In 1955 Due to the beginning of construction in the gulf "Arrows" of big naval fleet base 15 the hospital intends for service of construction parts (VSO) of Dalvoyenstroy. The hospital is transferred to the state - 300 beds with submission directly to the chief of health service of TOF. In the garrison relation the hospital submits to Dalvoyenmorstroy of the gulf "Arrows". Bed capacity of hospital extends. This medical institution really became a smithy of health and base of training of medical officers.

Dedicated work of medical personnel, employees of logistics was highly appreciated by Command of Naval base: the commander of hospital was twice handed the passing Red Banner.

In March, 1957 after elimination 5 and 7 fleet (naval forces of the Far East were divided in 1947), the uniform Pacific fleet incorporating naval bases, areas was created, beginning from the peninsula of Kamchatka to areas of the Southern Primorye. In 15 VMG for many years there was a great practice of doctoring based on the academic knowledge gained by his experts in Army medical college. For many medical officers for these years the hospital became some kind of springboard in professional career - from there were doctors famous now: the honored doctor of the Russian Federation, the colonel of m/s in resignation Yury Nikolaevich Kochnev (sduzhivshiya in hospital in 1976), the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Medical Science, the doctor of medical sciences, the colonel of m/s of a stock Boris Izraliyevich Geltser (1984-1986), the honored doctor of the Russian Federation, the doctor of medical sciences, the colonel of m/s of a stock Boris Georgiyevich Andryukov (1985-1993), the lieutenant colonel of m/s of a stock Alexander Nikolaevich Chugnin (1965-1974), the colonel of m/s of a stock Fedor Alekseyevich Chursin (1988). lieutenant colonel of m/s of a stock Andrey Prokopyevich Zekhov (1986-1993), colonel of m/s of a stock Lyubov Ivanovna Reshetnikova (1994-2000), colonel of m/s of a stock Grigory Petrovich Soleny (1989-1996), lieutenant colonel of m/s in resignation Victor Gavrilovich Moskovchenko (1987-1998), lieutenant colonel of m/s in resignation Vladimir Gerontyevich Larionov (19801997).

Cares and works created highly professional group of the naval doctors capable to carry out various tasks of medical support in difficult conditions. At the exits in the sea, when performing fighting tasks in the conditions of autonomous swimming where questions of rendering the qualified medical care were practically fulfilled.

Sincerely the gratitude and respect are deserved by doctors, honestly working many years at the positions: since 1986 Akhmedov Tariyel Dzhumshud-Ogly, since 1987 Alexander Vasilyevich Kulyabin, since 1988 Anatoly Manuilovich Tychina, since 1992. Victor Romanovich Usov, since 1995 Pavel Germanovich Slivko, since 1996 Alexander Leonidovich Shibanov, since 1991 Alexey Vladimirovich Shirokov, since 1999. Alexander Viktorovich Klyuchnikov, since 1999 Oleg Bronislavovich Moszkowski, since 2002 Sergey Nikolaevich Volchanov, since 2002. Sergey Vladimirovich Kolchanov; employees of the Navy, Tatyana Alekseevna Kozhemyakina, Valentina Ivanovna Hadarova, Lidiya Nikiforovna Yevstigneyeva, Larisa Vladislavovna Dumalenko, Dear Tatyana Georgiyevna, Natalya Grigoryevna Kargiyeva, Valery Aleksandrovich Dyatlov, Elena Vladimirovna Kiparenko.

All progress in medical work would be impossible without honest work of average medical personnel of hospital. They surround with heat and care of patients, create a cosiness, support a cosiness in offices, scrupulously carry out medical appointments. Our veterans still in a system, in an asset of hospital: Lyudmila Ivanovna Avdeeva, Galina Matveevna Sumarokova, Kryukova

Nadezhda Alekseevna, Galina Matveevna Khalilova, Tatyana Anatolyevna Akimova, Evgenia Ivanovna Bidzyura, Galina Parfiryevna Bulygina, Lyudmila Leonidovna Litvinova, Tatyana Nikolaevna Melekhova, Lyudmila Mikhaelovna Melnikova, Nina Ivanovna Tsvetkova.

The main task of our hospital is improvement of professional activity and its perspective development, rescue of human lives not only during military operations, but also during natural disasters, and in especially difficult cases when the civil medicine appears, is simply powerless. Likely, therefore that medical officers are the special caste of people which is quite often gaining professional skill in extreme conditions when to only right choice not only the academic knowledge, but also execution of the battle-order, strict military discipline and high sense of responsibility really are.

The author addresses the warm words of gratitude to all Aesculapians - to employees of branch No. 1 FBU - a body 26826. Thank you for your work, kindness, responsiveness and mercy. In a word, for the true professionalism! With anniversary!
