Foreign experts not only were trained in different professions, for them organized visit of the enterprises of the city of Sibay, an excursion, meeting with pioneers, rest on the lake Talkas. Thus, not only the business, but also cultural and leisure program was thought over.

Cooperation of BMSK with Mansfeldsky mining plant of Wilhelm Pik of the district of Mr. alle of the GDR was the most long and fruitful.

The district of Halle by the sizes of the territory took the fourth place in the GDR. In the district 75 cities, 23 areas, 616 settlements and villages. The center of the district was Halle - the seventh largest city of the GDR. To the city of Halle more than one thousand years, population about 300 thousand people.

The district of Halle is known revolutionary past, the owner pochetngo the names "Red Heart of Central Germany". In the district the agriculture, an education system, culture, sport and health care is developed.

The district of Halle is rich with minerals, and on production of industrial output ranked second in the GDR. The powerful contribution to production of industrial output was made by staff of Mansfeldsky plant - the main enterprise of nonferrous metallurgy of the GDR where in the seventies 22 thousand people worked 20th century.

The plant carried out development of coppery slates of the Mansfeldsky hollow. Ore stocks of the Mansfelsky trough were got within over 750 years on the area of 140 By the end of the 60th years of the 20th century the last mines in this area stopped production [3].

At restoration of this plant Ivan Ivanovich Korkin took great interest. He from October, 1952 to February, 1953 was the head of the Soviet expert group of experts which had to draw the conclusion about the future of Mansfeldsky plant. The commission drew the conclusion that mining on the Mansfelsky earth has to exist and develop further. The plan of restoration and technological development of the Mansfield developments of copper ore was developed. New mines, the electrolytic plant and the plant which is releasing a copper rod iron (wire) of various diameter were as a result built.

To group of young engineers of Mansfeld, the group of specialists in automation of productions directed by Heinz Vogel the name of Ivan Korkin, director of BMSK in 1953-1975 was appropriated [4].

The Mansfield plant, being the largest mining and metallurgical enterprise, made also big inventory of national consumption. All these goods differed in appeal and had high quality. In 1984 at an annual fair to Leipzig the plant was handed the 16th gold medal for quality of products [5].

In 1978 BMSK the first German delegation as a part of the second secretary of a district committee of SEPG G. Klyoen, the deputy CEO I. Fraydenberg, the deputy of trade-union committee Visited M. Gestlinga, the instructor of department of the international cooperation And.

Wagner. The next year - in September, 1979 the first delegation as a part of the director of BMSK P.G. Simakov, the secretary of Communist Party committee H.N. Hamitov and the driver of a dump truck S.P. Nikitin's BelAZ visited Mansfeldsky plant. Signing of the program about further friendship and cooperation became a result of these meetings.

Cooperation between BMSK and Mansfeld-sky plant was carried out according to the comprehensive plan which is mutually coordinated and approved by party committees of plants. The plan provided exchange of delegations of workers and experts, scientific and technical cooperation, communication of the trade-union, party and Komsomol organizations. Between workers, crews and staff of plants employment contracts on a socialist international competition were concluded. Such contract was signed between crews: drivers of cars, turners, drillers, miners. For rewarding of winner crews of an international competition the passing Red banners were founded: for divisions of Mansfeldsky plant - BMSK banner, for labor collectives of Bashkir Copper-Sulphur Plant - a banner of Mansfel - yes.

These years there was one more form of an international competition - for a rank of heroes of revolutionary movement, outstanding people of edge. Staff of plants exchanged biographies of the famous representatives of the people, competitions agreed on conditions. Generally Komsomol and youth collectives competed. Thus, on BMSK there were crews bearing names of the German revolutionaries Bernard Kyonen, Fritze Bejlinga, Otto Brozovski. And in the GDR there were Mansfield "Bashkirs" - the crews bearing names of Salavat Yulaev, Shagit Hudayberdin, Bagau Nurimanov, Ivan Mokru-shin - the baymaksky revolutionary Shakhtar who died in 1919

On Bashkir Copper-Sulphur Plant for rewarding of winners of an international competition Honourable pennants, diplomas and the sign "Sibay — Mansfeld" were founded. Mansfeldtsa made the medal "Mansfeld — Sibay" and the Diploma for active work on strengthening of the German-Soviet friendship.

In 1981 the group of employees of repair service of BMSK visited the GDR for exchange of experience on repair of the equipment at Mansfeldsky plant. In the report on a business trip it is noted that about 47-49 thousand workers work at the plants and factories of plant. Therefore, after restoration which was promoted in no small measure by I.I. Korkin the number of employees of Mansfeldsky plant increased more than twice.

The Sibay experts visited 3 plants on repair and construction of cars and the equipment, and noted that they did not see repair of the old equipment (except electrorepair). The new equipment in mass and small-scale production is generally manufactured. Participants of this delegation drew a conclusion: "almost everything that we saw at our friends, is not for us an absolute novelty, but many organizational and processing methods at us in production either are absent or are not applied, even with material and technical capabilities" [6]. They suggested to introduce on BMSK of 28 novelties on increase in efficiency and quality of production.

In May, 1984 in the district of Mr. alle there passed Week of friendship Bashkiria-Halle. The BMSK group following the results of 1983 was awarded with the passing Red banner of Gallic District board of labor unions for a victory in an international competition among the enterprises sworn brothers. Bashkir Copper-Sulphur Plant the secretary of Communist Party committee H.N. Hamitov, the operator of the drilling rig of a pit R.F. Rakhmatullin, the driver of the BelAZ Z.G. Irnazarov, the foreman of floaters A.S. Suvorova and the worker of RMZ K.H. Yamileva represented the Bashkir delegation the movie group which upon return mounted a newsreel accompanied "Protected". It was shown at movie theaters of the republic before feature films. And on July 25 the same year of the passing Red banner of the Bashkir regional committee of the CPSU the staff of Mansfeld-sky plant of V. Pik was awarded. The banner was handed by the first secretary of the Bashkir regional committee of KPSSS M.Z. Shakirov On a solemn meeting which took place in Aysleben at a monument to V.I. Lenin,

brought the Sibay pioneers who had a rest those days in the GDR.

In 1986 the next delegation of BMSK visited at Mansfeldsky plant of friendship and cooperation. In its structure there were a chairman of the party commission of Communist Party committee S. Alimov, the pit superintendent on extraction of ores V.K. Ashmarin, the director of the historical and production museum of the Hero of the Socialist Work M.I. Gabitov plant, the foreman of electricians of linear constructions of the power shop R.H. Mansurov, the chief of motor transport service V.A. Shunin, the operator of the control panel of concentrating factory V.G. Sharipova

During this meeting the cooperation agreement between technical chamber of Mansfeldsky plant and scientific and technical society BMSK was signed. The Sibay miners handed Certificates of honor to five German crews for labor progress. One of the best German crews was awarded a name of the Bashkir veteran of party and work V.V. Lyubushkin. Several crews assumed obligations to fight for the right to bear names of Heroes of Socialist work of M.I. Gabitov, N.K. Mullakayeva, veterans of work BMSK V.T. Derzhakov and I.F. Mutayev

Members of the Sibay delegation came to a conclusion that at Mansfeldsky plant work of people is accurately organized, public work without granting any privileges or compensatory leaves is widely developed. Employees of plant participate in the most active way in construction of housing, social and cultural facilities [7]. Delegates suggested to introduce in the BMSK shops industrial television for control of jobs with harmful working conditions, a way of besshkafny storage of clothes in household rooms, experience of setting of case on strengthening of labor and production discipline, the culture of production.

All working delegations which visited Mance-feld noted the high level of esthetic registration of production rooms, an order in factory territories.

As a rule, such meetings were not limited only to business contacts, much attention was paid to international education. The host prepared the extensive cultural program: acquaintance to the country, meetings with pioneers, veterans, staff of institutions, excursions, joint concerts, rest and many other things.

Except plants, friendly communications supported: school No. 9 of the city of Sibay and school of Bernard Kyonen from the city of the Mansfield miners Zangerhausen, Sibay ore dressing technical school and professionalnotekhnichesky school of Mansfeldsky plant [8]. Hundreds of Sibay pupils - members of the clubs of international friendship (CIF) corresponded with foreign peers.

Despite a zacentralizovannost and splendor, foreign communications of BMSK brought a lot of positive. According to the Mansfield miners: "The most important purpose of all meetings consists in the following: direct cooperation, exchange of experience between working collectives is most available "investment" for increase in performance of both enterprises" [9]. Members of youth crew of Iskhak Mutayev completed the following saying the letter from the GDR to it: "We will do everything to preserve the peace and to guarantee that all people could live happily and without war on our wonderful Earth".

Due to the reorganization which began in the USSR the friendly communications between plants began to weaken. After the October events of 1989 in Germany the communications of BMSK and Mansfeldsky plant stopped.
