In this article the Great Patriotic War is considered in the context of projectivity of history and its ontologic bases. The author shows that history is implementation of megaprojects certain social subjects.

In analytics of the Great Patriotic War the optics of materialistic and economic determinism more prevails. At the same time the course of events pre-war and wartime is considered as the movement from the past in the present to the future. The corresponding vector of history and its perception is so formed. Also idea of inevitability of World War II and the Great Patriotic War as its component is formed.

In analytics of projective and activity approach history is thought differently. In this approach the concept of the project is central. The project (Latin of projectus — the speaker forward) is defined by modern philosophical dictionaries as a prototype, a prototype offered objekta1. The person as the project is forwarded in the future and outside real finding the egoism and essence. The person is not something static, fixed, given, but as postponed, thrown out outside as set. The person is a being transtsendiruyushchy, overstepping the bounds of own empirical cash.

The opinion was approved that projectivity is characteristic only of Modern times. K. Marx's statement is widely known: "Philosophers explained only in various way the world, but business is in changing it" 2. B.G. Sokolov unambiguously claims that projectivity — basic characteristic of the new European type soznaniya3.

But the pathos of projectivity was known also in hoary antiquity. Projectivity — the central concept of the Bible depicted as creation, the God's plan, a divine domostroitelstvo. Projectivity is intrinsic and existential characteristic of the personality and society, a mode of their life. The person as the project is a pro-abandonment in the future from freedom of own life and the movement to itself and the present from the future. The past is the reflected in time, realized or unrealized movement to own project which also is self-realization of the personality and society. The project is a dream. ti, experience of finding of a dream. In the projectivity horizon history moves not from the past in the present to the future, and on the contrary, from the future in the present to the past. Projectivity is reverse perspective of history. And the direct prospect of history is shown by extrapolation of trends of the present. In direct prospect the negative trends of the present are wrapped in the end of story, annihilation of the personality and society. Direct extrapolation is a dictatorship of the present. The dominating social groups, classes and the countries in the current architecture mira1 also hope for this strategy.

A basis of projectivity of the personality and society is substantsionalny freedom of the person which allows it to embody various projects of created on the different ontologic bases.

Classification of social projects is possible on several bases. On genesis projects are selected teogenny (are created by God or gods), sotsiogenny (are created by any given social group — an award, party, school of sciences, etc.), anthropogenic (are created by certain people). Teogenny projects are metaphysical, and sotsiogenny and anthropogenic — positivistic. On scales the social projects are local (operate on the level of separate social institute, society), regional (operate on the level of any given geopolitical area), civilization (unite a number of the states and societies in an independent civilization), global (work in planet scales). Types of social projects can be classified by time: short-term (their action is limited several years); average, or epoch-making (extend to any given temporary era: medieval projects, project of a modernist style, etc.); long-term, or general historical (include several temporary eras, are implemented on the basis of archetypes, patterns, images, the ideas and operate on an extent of all history, including krat1 This vector of analytics and history is implemented by the Roman club and those social subjects which embodies the recommendations of this scientific community in practice.

On the moral basis the projects of social life are characterized by a dikhotomichnost and form two mutually exclusive vectors of projectivity of history. History becomes space of confrontation of projects of social life: fight of the evil and good, domination and social justice, enslavement and mutual cooperation. In this plan the war acts as conscious projective activity of certain social historical subjects. By means of war one is destroyed and other architecture of the world, its shape, the nature of the relations is formed, other is created according to the contents and character social life. Subjects of projectivity will organize it in the context of the idea of the future, within the project of history. War — one of means of projective activity of historical subjects. The state and army are bodies of the embodiment and protection of any given projectivity of social life.

In process of development and continuity of mankind these projects are imposed at each other and enter various in a form and ways of model of interaction. Geopolitical and cultural landscapes express a projectivity paradigmalnost. In the extreme geopolitical and cultural limit the projectivity accepts also a bipolarity format as opposition of land and sea, Eurasia and Atlantic. Civilization approach also joins this position, reflecting bipolarity of the East and West as civilizations.

The future of human history is defined by the creative and converting force of work, projective in character because work creates what is not present in the nature. And in it from

carrying the worker — is the true maker of history and the universe.

This dichotomy was central and for the Middle Ages. A.Ya. Gurevich noted that medieval European civilization is called "a work civilization" that in sermons of that time priests, knights and workers created

God, are opposed to burghers and usurers as to generation demonic sil1. The Middle Ages as "a civilization of work" are characterized by the corresponding projectivity rooting in God and his house-building plans. The modern times are a reaction of projectivity of the capital and the idolized human rationality. All this has a direct bearing on Russia. During a Middle Ages era it becomes the successor of the Second Rome — Byzantium resisting disappearing from the practician of the Christian Middle Ages I Will sink down. In it the content of military intervention of the West against Russia during a medieval era. And in the 20th century Russia in the form of the USSR will become "a civilization of the won work".

In the context of cultural historical development of mankind the Modern times put forward several social projects. The first — liberal bourgeois. In it — total domination of the individual, his private interests. The aspiration to profit will become its symbol, the capital will become expression of Protestant understanding of sanctity. A result — a celebration of the financial capital. Implementation of this project will provoke wars worldwide, colonization and neocolonization. It is necessary to remember that the fascism as a major factor and means of World War II was defined as extreme extent of reaction of the world financial capital. This definition nowadays is not held in high esteem. And attempts according to B.N. Yeltsin's instructions to give new scientific definition to fascism did not result in positive results. The refusal of definition of fascism creates prerequisites of historical justification of main organizers of World War II on which conscience millions of lives, and are, first of all, the Anglo-Saxon world and world financial groups.

The second project — nationalist. Here the nation, a sort is absolutized. Its symbol is jus sanguinis. The brightest expression of the nationalist project will be national socialism of Germany, world renowned as the German fascism. It it will become formal reaction to the liberal bourgeois project, but in fact

will be its direct generation and means of gaining world supremacy financial kapitalom2. Absolutization of the nation, return to ancient pagan Old German beliefs, to autochthonic cults and magic practicians of domination will be its essential feature. In activity of Ananerbe the image of the dwarf to Mima and symbolics of the sword of Zigfrida3 shaped by it in an underworld revives.

The third project — communistic. It will also be reaction to the liberal bourgeois project. Communism absolutized a class of the proletariat, person of work. More this project will be embodied in Russia-USSR. Its feature — it will become Russian on spirit. The Russian communism in new historical conditions will become a form of existence of the Russian spirit in the 20th century. Only therefore, marking at communism, it was possible perestroyki4 to get in years to Russia (A. Zinovyev).

the Great Patriotic War will become war of projects of history. Its participants approved different images of social life and world order. One was aimed at cooperation of all people, another — at own survival due to extermination of all of other as defective. The third approved freedom of the individual at total oblivion of interests and values of social organisms and communities. The sense and the maintenance of the Great Patriotic War fully reveals only in the context of big historical time.

Formally — yes. There is no fascist Germany, the Soviet Union fell. The liberal and democratic project triumphs. Acting through the USA it victoriously strides in the form of the liberal and capitalist project of globalization.

But defeat of the Soviet project is not yet defeat of that megaproject which private manifestation it was in the 20th century. In this regard it should be noted that Russia practically throughout history was a certain projective alternative as I Will sink down, and Vostoku1. This alternativeness — not an exception during an era of modern globalization.

the projects of history existing on all its extent. We have to rethink anew the historical past against which war, unprecedented on the scales and intensity, is now conducted. Also discredit of a symbol and image of the Victory of the Soviet people over fascist Germany is not an exception. The role of this victory will increase because at the level of projectivity the fight only amplifies, taking the new forms and technologies of opposition and warfare. In the conditions of domination of the unipolar capitalist project of globalization when the fascism can become really world phenomenon, the world needs rescue from new forms of genocide, social Darwinism, racism and history alternatives. In it historical chance and calling of Russia.

The victory is not a single historical event. It is spirit of history. Also it is given those who it is worthy, on whose party the historical truth and social justice.
