Long-term using pesticides for many years in the agricultural production forcombating pests, weeds and sickness of plants has a number of negative aspects connected with ecologo - toxis descriptions. Some special problems have been appearined with useless pesticides utilization.

The technology of the annihilation is cymplex and expensive. In every day life the useless pesticides utilization usually realizes illegally by its forbidden burials which bring pollution soil, groung, underground waters and reservoirs giving toxic and mutagene effect on human organisms. The ecological and medico-sosial danger of forbidden pesticides burials demands the necessaty of adoption the urgent, management decisions directing to averting negative influence if pesticides burials on environment and health of population.

Despite decrease for the last 5 years of volumes of use of means of chemicalixation in rural, forest and municipal farms, the relevance of a problem of pollution of reservoirs, soils, other objects of the environment and agricultural products practically did not lose the value.

Long-term intensive application of means of chemicalixation of agriculture, is frequent with violation of the existing regulations of requirements of the nature protection legislation, led to pollution of soils, soil and underground waters which remains so far. Use of pesticides in agricultural production for pest control, diseases of plants and weeds has a number of the negative aspects connected with their ecologically toxic characteristics. Being toxicants by the nature and economic appointment, pesticides along with biocidal action on harmful organisms, make negative toxic impact on useful organisms and a biota in general, and this influence has the prolonged character due to accumulation and preservation of pesticides in environment elements. Particular problems arise at utilization of the become useless pesticides. Their utilization can be made only with use of the special expensive equipment. Burial of pesticidal medicines creates danger of their direct impact on the environment and a biota in the "shock" mode. Despite considerable environmental-toxic danger, the last option it is most often used for utilization of the pesticides which became useless. Ecology of 2002 - the sea and the person

ritoriya of JSC Vershinny of Semikarakorsky district the unauthorized burial of pesticides found only in the 90th g was carried out. The estimated amount of the buried pesticides fluctuates from 10 to 50 tons.

In 1996. The Moscow research and production laboratory center Ecolon carried out comprehensive examination of burial for the purpose of establishment of residual amount of pesticides of various groups in natural objects and the general toxicological condition of natural objects. It was established that despite prescription of the made burial, in the soil in significant amounts residues of steady pesticides and their metabolites remained. Migration of pesticides both horizontal (across the territory), and vertical was established (on a soil profile) and intake of pesticides from burial to the environment and negative consequences connected with it is recorded. For the next 5 years the control inspection of burial was not made.

Now in agricultural enterprises only of Semikarakorsky district the storage more than 200 tons of pesticides expired is carried out, and conditions of their storage not always conform to nature protection and health requirements. At the same time even insignificant doses of pesticides, getting into a human body, are deposited in parankhimatozny bodies, causing damage to the immune system, a degeneration of fabric and mutagen influences. The issue of utilization of similar medicines is not resolved so far. The ecological and medico-social danger of unauthorized burials of pesticides dictates need of making management decisions, the available burials directed to prevention of negative impact on the environment and health of the population.

Great attention is paid to the immune status changing of healthy people body that are subjected by producing surrounding factors. Immune status changes were studied depending on working longevity at Poltava gas-discharging lamps producing plant. Recepted data allows us to make a conclusion that working longevity at injuring factors conditions (mercury steams, radiant heat, dust, acids, alkalis, noise) carries immune suppressing character. We performed changes of cell immune system at the employers that work less than 5 years at injuring conditions. Were admitted decreased as cell and humoral links of immune system: at the employers their working longevity is more than 20 years. The immune system changes that are appeared at employers of 6-10 years working longevity can be valued as adapted.

In recent years much attention is paid to changes of the immune status of an organism of healthy people which are subject to influence of factors of the production environment.
